This website provides information about Clinical Bridge and ways to contact the team, offer supplies, request supplies, or support the project. Clinical Bridge is fiscally sponsored by The Hack Foundation (d.b.a. Hack Club), a 501(c)(3) public charity. Clinical Bridge does not claim an independent IRS tax-exempt determination.

Supply donations and requests

Our scope is unused, unexpired, disposable medical supplies. Form submission starts a review; it does not confirm acceptance, availability, suitability for a particular use, pickup, delivery, or any timetable. Coordinate transfers with the team before sending or dropping off supplies. Do not use a partner’s address as a Clinical Bridge drop-off point without an arrangement.

Information you provide should be accurate and shared with appropriate authorization from your organization. Do not submit patient-identifying information. Healthcare professionals and receiving organizations remain responsible for assessing whether supplies meet their needs and applicable requirements.

No emergency or medical service

Clinical Bridge does not provide emergency medical services or medical advice. Do not use this website or the supply forms to seek emergency assistance. Contact local emergency services for an emergency.

Financial donations

Financial donations are processed through HCB and are subject to its checkout terms and policies. Read the donation and refund policy. This website does not confirm payment or issue tax receipts. Consult HCB’s receipt and a qualified adviser about your tax circumstances.

Appropriate use and site material

Do not misuse forms, impersonate another person, submit unlawful content, interfere with the site, or attempt unauthorized access. Photos, logos and third-party marks are provided for this website; their appearance does not grant permission to reuse them. Contact the team about permission. Third-party software and font licenses remain with their respective rights holders. See the software notices and Source Sans, Source Serif, and Manrope font licenses.

Accuracy and external services

Collection figures describe documented collections, not deliveries or people served. Fundraising figures are dated snapshots. Generated hero imagery illustrates a possible journey and is not a record of an actual delivery. External services and linked websites operate under their own terms.
