Who to contact

Clinical Bridge is a student-led initiative serving the Austin, Texas area. Clinical Bridge is fiscally sponsored by The Hack Foundation (d.b.a. Hack Club), a 501(c)(3) public charity. For questions about information shared with the Clinical Bridge team, email clinicalbridge.atx@gmail.com. HCB handles financial donation records through our fiscal sponsor.

Information you choose to share

The website has no account registration or native submission form. Supply donations and requests use external Google Forms. Those forms ask for facility or organization details, a contact person and contact information, supply needs or availability, and transfer preferences. Emailing us shares your email address and the contents of your message. We use this information to review the donation or request, communicate with you, and coordinate eligible supplies.

Provide only what is needed to explain your organization’s supply needs. Do not include patient names, diagnoses, medical records, payment card details, passwords, or other sensitive information. Supply needs can be described without identifying patients.

Hosting and optional analytics

The public site is hosted on Cloudflare. Hosting and security services process connection information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver and protect the site. Local previews do not run through that public hosting service.

Configured analytics load only after you opt in using Privacy choices. We use these measurements to understand which pages are useful and improve the website’s performance. You may reject either service or withdraw consent at any time through Privacy choices, without affecting access to the website, supply forms or donation links. See our cookie policy.

  • Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page paths, referring sites, browser/device information, approximate country and page performance. It does not use analytics cookies or track visitors across sites. Cloudflare says it does not log URL query strings in Web Analytics.
  • Google Analytics (GA4) uses first-party cookies with browser and session identifiers to measure page views, visits and engagement. It also receives browser/device information and derives approximate location from the connection’s IP address. Google uses IP addresses for location and basic service functions such as spam detection, and says it discards raw IP addresses after use. Our page-view integration sends approved page paths and titles, excluding query strings, fragments and referring URLs. We do not send form contents, contact details, payment details or account User-IDs. Automatic form, search, download and outbound-link measurement, Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled.

Google and Cloudflare process this information for their analytics services, including in the United States and other countries where they operate. Their privacy notices describe their processing and international transfer safeguards. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Cloudflare Web Analytics.

Analytics retention and privacy signals

We configure GA4 user-level and event-level retention to two months, with retention reset on new activity off. Google deletes expired data during its monthly process; standard aggregated reports can remain longer. Cloudflare makes Web Analytics reports available for the previous six months and retains unsampled beacon data for seven days before aggregation. These provider records are separate from the browser storage described in our cookie policy.

When your browser sends Global Privacy Control, we keep both optional analytics services off while that signal is enabled, even if you previously opted in. We rely on your consent for optional analytics; ordinary hosting and security processing remains necessary to deliver and protect the site. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing that occurred before withdrawal or automatically erase provider records.

External forms, payments and links

Google Forms and email services process information you send through them. The HCB donation form is not connected until you choose to load it or open the direct link. HCB and its payment providers handle payment information; this website does not receive your card number. The team may have access to donor and transaction information in HCB for administration. Choosing to hide your name on HCB’s public pages does not hide your donation information from authorized team members. External services have their own privacy practices, including processing in other countries.

Your choices and requests

You can ask to access, correct or delete information you shared with the team by emailing clinicalbridge.atx@gmail.com. Describe the relevant form or interaction; do not send identity documents or sensitive data in the initial request. We may need to confirm that the request relates to you. Donation, accounting, security or other records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations; records controlled by a provider may require a request to that provider.

Information should be kept only while needed for coordination, administration and applicable recordkeeping duties. We do not promise immediate or complete deletion of records controlled by HCB or other providers. We do not use this website to sell personal information, display targeted advertising, or subscribe visitors automatically to marketing.

Follow-up messages

Supply-related communications concern your inquiry and any future contact you choose in the request form. You can decline future optional updates in that form or ask the team to stop them by email. This website has no newsletter subscription or automated marketing email system. HCB receipts and payment notices are managed by HCB.

Children’s information

Our supply forms are for people coordinating on behalf of facilities or organizations. Children under 13 should not submit personal information. A parent, guardian or responsible adult can contact us instead. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, email clinicalbridge.atx@gmail.com so the team can review it and arrange appropriate deletion, subject to applicable recordkeeping duties. We do not collect birth dates to browse this site.

Changes and concerns

We will update this page when the site’s practices change. If you have a concern, contact the team. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may also have rights to complain to a privacy regulator.

Privacy choices

Optional analytics stay off until you choose them. Rejecting has no effect on access to the site or donation links. We remember your choice for up to 180 days on this browser.

HCB’s embedded form loads only when you choose “Load HCB donation form” on Support Us. Close that form to stop its connection here. Choices on external Google Forms, HCB, and Instagram are managed by those services.
