What supplies can I offer?
We collect unused, unexpired, disposable medical supplies. Review the categories on Donate Supplies and describe what you have in the donation form. Acceptance follows review of eligibility and condition. Check supply categories
How do I request supplies?
Use the Supply Request Form to describe your organization, needed items and quantities, location, and coordination needs. You can also contact the team by email. Request supplies
Does a request guarantee supplies or delivery?
No. Availability depends on eligible donated supplies. The team must review and coordinate a request before any transfer; there is no guaranteed quantity, pickup, delivery date, or response time.
What has Clinical Bridge collected so far?
The documented baseline is 1,800+ masks collected from Cedar Park Surgery Center. This describes a collection, not confirmed deliveries, patients served, or current inventory. Read the collection case study
How is financial support handled?
Clinical Bridge is fiscally sponsored by The Hack Foundation (d.b.a. Hack Club), a 501(c)(3) public charity. Financial donations are handled through HCB, its fiscal sponsorship platform. Read the sponsorship documents
Where do I ask about a donation receipt or refund?
Contact the Clinical Bridge team or hcb@hackclub.com. HCB sends donation receipts and handles refund decisions and processing. A refund is not guaranteed. Donation and refund details
Can I drop off supplies without an appointment?
Contact the team to coordinate first. No public Clinical Bridge drop-off address is listed here. A collection partner’s address is not a general drop-off location. Coordinate with the team
What information should I leave out of forms?
Do not include patient names, diagnoses, medical records, passwords, or payment card details. Use organizational supply details and only the contact information needed to coordinate. Privacy and data requests
Can I use the site without analytics?
Yes. Optional analytics requires your choice and can be rejected without losing access to the site, forms, or donation links. Manage privacy choices
